Our daily routine may vary depending on the child's age, classroom, schedule, mood and/or weather. Age appropriate activities and educational time is scheduled. This documented daily routine gives parents a basic idea of our daily itinerary. (Subject to change without notice and be posted).
3:30 a.m-7:00 a.m- arrival/departure, sleep/rest time
7:30 a.m-8:30 a.m- breakfast served(not served after 8:30 a.m
6:30 a.m-7:00 a.m- overnight children prep for home/school
7:30 a.m-9:00a.m- teeth brushing oral care routine
Non eating/quiet free playtime, nursery rhymes, sing a long, and/or educational tapes. Free time play on their own/small groups, older children off to school.
9:00 a.m-9:30 a.m- snack time, diapers changed, infant nap time Depending on their schedule.
Preschool/Headstart activities age appropriate educational time (Highscope/creative curriculum). Please see lesson plan posted.
9:30 a.m- 11:30 AM- (10:00 a.m 60+ minutes outside play)
With outside toys in age-appropriate activities
Inside/outside play, art/crafts, painting, coloring, ABCs and 123s, shapes and or other age-appropriate activities. (Highscopes/creative curriculum). Please see lesson plan posted.
11:00 a.m-11:30 a.m- bathroom, clean up, lunch prepared, arrival/departure
11:30 a.m-12:30 p.m- (12:00 p.m 60+ minutes outside play) with outside toys, age-appropriate activities and games. Wash hands/face is 12:30 PM lunchtime for children. We serve a wide variety of table (Soup, sandwiches, chicken, beef, turkey, fish, fruits and vegetables) every day.
12:30 p.m-3:00 p.m- preschool and other children’s naptime/quiet time
3:00 p.m- snack will be served. (Snack is usually served between 2 and 3 p.m) (2:00 p.m 60+ minutes of outside play with outside toys, age-appropriate activities and games.
3:30 p.m-4:00 p.m-
Children of all ages are arriving and leaving. (4:00 p.m 60+ minutes outside play)
Afternoon activities involve reading or story time, games using eyes, ears, and other body parts. After school children offered a snack then relax and do homework. See lesson plan posted.
4:30 p.m-6:30 p.m- dinner is served, hands washed, everything is gathered, and arrival and departure.
6:30 p.m-8:00 p.m- quiet free time, play with toys, dinosaurs, cars, blocks, and dolls. Calm down time, homework time. An evening snack is given between 7:00 p.m-8:00 p.m (outside time 60+ minutes)
8:30 p.m-10:00 p.m- pajamas on, story time, bedtime.
10:30 p.m-1:00 a.m- arrival/departure time.
*Please note that it is parents responsibility to find alternate care if needed*

Memorial day weekend- Friday- last Monday in May
July 4 weekend
Labor day weekend- 1st Friday through Monday and September
General election day 1st Tuesday in November even #’ed years
Veterans Day- November 11
Thanksgiving Day- after the 4th Thursday/ Friday in November
Christmas Eve/day- December 24, 25th and 26th
New Year’s Eve weekend- December 31st
We expect full payment for all days and hours that your child is normally scheduled to be here. You are paying for space in the childcare that is available to your child. Payment is expected in sick days, Holidays, early pick up or vacation days. To no cost/no-show is grounds for dismissal. Call the childcare facility and let us know if/when your child(ren) will be late or absent within 30 minutes of shift starting. No child will be allowed to come after 30 minutes of normal time of arrival without approval from the director. Parents must speak directly to the director before dropping off the child(ren)
