PURPOSE- Our program is patterned to the developmental needs of each child. It strives to contribute to the growth and development of the child in order that he/she may become self confident, self-sufficient, and self-disciplined. It also enhances an awareness of worth and understanding of one's self. The skills learned supports a broad based program that enables each child to acquire basic skills in communication, creativity, and coordination. The goals of our childcare are to provide an atmosphere of trust and support in which an individual can grow, develop and learn.
EXPERTISE- We are dedicated to promoting the growth and development of the whole child. We care for children because we truly enjoy being with them adn assisting them with their needs and wants. We consider ourselves proffesional because of the interest we have shown in obtaining the Early Childhood Education degree and the annul trainings we attend annually. We believe that the more we learn/teach the better child care provider we become.
EXPERIENCE– Staff continue to obtain at least 24 hours of training/experience/education in childcare. All program directors. site supervisors, and caregivers shall complete a minimum of 24 hours of professional development annually on topics relevant to job responsibilities, including but not limited to, child development and learning; health, safety and nutrition; family and community collaboration;
We will offer the highest quality of service, but offer affordable rates that will allow everyone the ability to afford its professional services.
Abuse and neglect reporting
-The staff, parent volunteers and volunteers are all required by law to report all cases of suspected abuse in the collect the proper authorities because it is unlawful.
Disciplinary policy
-Effective discipline helps children learn self-control and cooperation
-Reward and punishment or not the only effective methods of discipline. Children also learn through example

Discrimination
-We will not discriminate against any family on the basis of their sex, religion, national origin, or disability.
Pesticides management
-Prior notice will be given to parents of any pesticide application. Annual notice will be in September and will be posted.
Tobacco, alcohol, vapes and illegal substances
-The above items is prohibited in the childcare facility always for both the provider and the parents of the children.There is no smoke and get the child care facility. If you do smoke, please be considerate and do not dispose of your cigarette butts on the property.
School-age health/immunization
-A signed acknowledgment at in the enrollment/annually of the school-age child being in good health and any activity restrictions will be noted in written form to the center from the parent/physician. The school age child(ren) immunization is up-to-date or the appropriate waivers on file with the center.
Sanitation/infection control
-Caregivers/staff and all the children practice good handwashing habits. Handwashing was acquired after using the bathroom, outdoor play, after handling food or just plain cleanliness to reduce germs. Paper towels and liquid soap will be accessible in the bathroom.
Children’s health
-All children must have a complete health evaluation form an up-to-date immunizations before or soon after enrollment in a child care facility. See below on illness. Forms completed upon entry must be updated annually or as needed.
Children and staff illness
-Sick children may not attend childcare. This is a regulation. Sick children make the other children sick too. “Sick” according to the regulations is any child that may be running a fever, has a rash, unexplained symptoms, or who appears to be less than healthy. It is up to the child care provider to decide if a child is too sick to be at the child care. Caregivers are genuinely concerned about the health and safety of all the children in the care. If a child becomes a lead childcare, the parent/emergency contact will be notified and expected to pick up the child. Ill children will be separated from the rest of the children and designate a quiet area.
Health of caregivers/staff
-Each person working in the facility must be in good health with no communicable diseases. Provider must complete a health history questionnaire for the state and obtain appropriate results from a TB test.
Medication
-For caregivers to administer prescription, for over-the-counter (in original container) medication or any medication parents will need to sign a permission form. This needs to be fed up before caregivers can give you a shout any medication. Caregivers can only give the child the age appropriate dosage for over-the-counter medication unless it is prescribed by physician in writing to do otherwise.
